Great showcasing of very fulfilling genealogical research on the ground in Ireland and the preparation that went beforehand.
It is only in the last couple of years that I discovered I had Irish Ancestry in a Gt Grandfather. I was so excited. I loved that Eliza shared photos of her trips to Ireland and especially the ones with people in them as one can see the familial likenesses. I have yet to get here, I am in New Zealand, but it is on the bucket list. Thanks for all the sharing and ideas on how to go about getting info.

Very inspiring presentation from Eliza Watson! The only thing I know (or have heard) about my Griffith ancestors is they were born in Cork, Ireland, had three children in Ireland and by 1849 were in PA where my great-grandfather was born, passing through on their way to Wisconsin. I haven't been able to locate any records about their time in Ireland. I also have nothing on who their parents or siblings were. I'll be watching this presentation again looking for any tips I might be able to pursue.
