Genealogy Standards spells out eight documentation standards, which give genealogists guidance for documenting genealogical writing. They also provide guidance for citation content, while allowing flexibility in the sequencing and structuring of citations supporting genealogical statements. This presentation will review the standards and provide examples of applying their principles.

Tom is excellent as always. Very informative and helped clarify questions I had.
Excellent as usual. BCG also does a wonderful job on their sponsored presentations. Thank you.
very, very good
I think this is Dr. Jones' clearest discussion yet about how to create citations. I got a lot from it. Things seem clearer.
Learned so much about how to organize my citations! Thanks so much!
I truly appreciate how thoroughly information on genealogical documentation has been presented in this webinar. As one who's still "learning the ropes," this helps to clarify the process for me. There's much to take in, but in the long run it will make all the difference.
This webinar will definitely be rewatched over and over!
Great information, very well presented. Thanks!
