I especially enjoyed this webinar. The idea of basing your research and stories upon conflict really gave me a purpose in "telling the story " of an ancestor. Thus, this webinar was very practical and gave me much direction when telling about a family member and family. Especially liked the sources one can use to find these details.

Full of information in writing your ancestor's more-interesting life story. I felt like I was back in creative writing 101 ;-) Learning the conflicts of our ancestors brings them into present day and empathy for their plights. They become real... not just a data sheet in your family tree.

This is one of the better webinars that I have attended lately. It gives a step-by-step listing of the different types of Conflict in various relationships; then proceeds to list the places where evidence of that conflict can be found, and finally it gives a true life story of how that conflict plays out in real life. I am very impressed with the way in which this subject was presented.
