Joy Oria

Houston native Joy Oria has spoken nationally on Hispanic genealogical research and completed the Salt Lake Institute of Genealogy course Advanced Hispanic Research in 2020. She previously coordinated programming and outreach at the Clayton Library Center for Genealogical Research in Houston, Texas, and is currently the genealogy and local history librarian of the Pueblo City-County Library District in Pueblo, Colorado. She holds a master's degree in library science from the University of North Texas.
