Boy this sure opened up many avenues. He is a great speaker.\n\nI have some records of my g-grandfather's service in this war. This was very helpful!\n\nI have to look at his Civil War web's.\n\nI loved the obvious infectious passion the speaker had for his subject and the breadth of search techniques he shared with someone like me, a beginner.\n\nI shied away from military research forever. But I had a chance to hear Michael Strauss a couple of times this year. Now, I will listen to anything he lectures about. Awesome.\n\nI was caught up in this webinar from very early on. I could not leave my computer for any reason!! It was so very very interesting.
