Mark Lowe did a good job of explaining indexing and how important they are. Learned that Indexes could have errors and we need to be persistent in looking further in other data bases. \nVery personable.

Excellent and enlightening presentation Mark, I am always telling new researchers "think about how they would have said it, how do you spell a scottish brogue when they are possible illiterate and not able to recognise if the official recording their name has spelt it correctly." Will be referring them to your webinar in future :) \nI'm off to check out your other presentations!

I love how he explains each aspect of indexing. Some of it I had forgotten and will use now that I have written it down. Thank you Mark.

I really enjoyed this presentation, and I do have access the some of the older books, documents etc in the Geneology room where I volunteer. I do find reading through docum ents gives you a better understanding context wise.

I enjoy his classes. His information is very practical and helps one move off the mark if we have dead ended for the time being. I very much appreciate the level of his knowledge and the way he shares it.
