I have been a user since 2016. This is an excellent product for home users and business users. I am a home user, genealogist, photo projects, Microsoft suite user. I have added and deleted computers, downloaded all files or single files as needed. Message contacted them for help received responses quickly (if my problem was not resolved, they called me), it does exactly what Andy says. Beginners and up will find that it is extremely useful and secure. Note: if you get a notice that there is an update problem, check to make sure that the Backblaze icon on your desktop is missing, just download the application again. Your files will be there and the download will continue.
I am a BackBlaze customer and very happy with this product. Made it super easy to load my data on a new laptop and also to retrieve files on the go as needed.
